Neighborhood Connections delivers and supports various community programs and services through our community space, the Meeting Place. This sizeable multi-purpose activity room has a full kitchen and state-of-the-art Zoom equipment. Our volunteer group, the Friends of Neighborhood Connections, comes together monthly to facilitate a community feast at this venue, serving over 100 meals and providing an opportunity for socializing and mingling amongst community members.
We partner with area organizations to offer comprehensive programs that support community interests, including exercise programs and educational presentations. In addition, community groups such as the Tri-Mountains Lions Club, town committees, and AARP tax prep. We also have a recently constructed, private conference room for confidential meetings and mental health appointments. |
